 Overlapping Animation

I wanted to try something a little challenging. Well, challenging for me anyway. I wanted to try and animate how clothes and hair react to movement. Most things that dangle from clothing or a person's head can be simplified to a pendulum type movement and I thought it would be a good thing to try and animate. However, I bit off more than I could chew because it didn't really come out the way I wanted to. But we learn from our failures and move on to make better things.
